Great place to go with your family! Our 4 and 7 year old had the best time of their lives! I would stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

I can’t thank Dennis enough for hosting us. I have been vacationing on Sanibel since the mid 70’s. Awesome place, great host and Kandie and I experienced an AMAZING Beach Wedding! Can’t wait to celebrate our first anniversary next year here. Thanks again Dennis!

My wife and spent a great week in Ft Meyers, staying at Grant's place was just what we wanted. It was perfect for what we needed, a very private area at the bottom of the street. So quiet, I think it wasn't that busy because all the Snowbirds went back North. It was close enough to the beach that you could walk there. I have a bad leg, so I wasn't able to walk, but it was only a 2 or 3 minute drive to the beach. Grant had all the thing that you needed for the beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas and a wagon to put it all in. He also had a few bottles of wine waiting for us, such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place for a great getaway or vacation. We would absolutely come back. Thanks again Grant for a great stay.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Great location! Beach was steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had a fantastic stay while I was in Port Charlotte! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a three-week stay. The small balcony overlooking the water was perfect while working from home! The whole development was very quiet, relaxed, and clean. The pool was uncrowded and very peaceful and the pier over the river was great for an afternoon walk or morning coffee. The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you're hoping to see various parts of Florida! It's centrally located and allowed me to visit many places while I was in the area. Tampa is only about an hour and a half away, there are plenty of nearby beaches, and I took a nice day trip to the Everglades! Port Charlotte is pretty quiet, but there are plenty of places to walk and everything I needed was withing 10-15 minutes of the apartment. Ray was very communicative and helpful! 10/10 stay!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Excellent location and very close and easy to walk to the beach. Sonia is a pleasure and very accommodating and looking forward to visiting again.

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.

Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this unit to everyone.. So nice. So comfy. The bed was so nice. So quiet. Everything you look for in a rental. Thanks again

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

Very clean and cute rental. It was very nice sitting on the balcony looking out at the water as well. Short walk to a private beach and several restaurants in walking distance. A great spot.

We had a great week. Beautiful view off of the terrace. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Vertical blinds were tricky to use. Trial size shampoo, conditioner, soap would have been helpful. Lights in living area at night were very dim.

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

We had a great time! Loved the private beach access right in front! Beautiful location. Close to everything. It was a bit challenging to see the apartment number’s to know where to park. The place was nice, fully stocked both for in home use, and for at the beach. We didn’t know they were doing remodeling work at the place though. There was some noise going on from workers doing construction. The pics showed a deck walkway to the beach with an outdoor shower, but it was in reparations while we were there. So not in use. We could still easily walk out to the beach. The communication with the host was great, really appreciated that as we had some questions while there. Great time overall!

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!
