The Den is a unique space within the Lake District - a Scandinavian BBQ cabin. A large BBQ pit in the centre to sit around provides a cosy relaxing evening space, and a place to cook! WiFi, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle & Coffee Machine. Bedding provided. Recently upgraded bathroom facilities! Private shower, toilet and sink, exterior but right next to The Den. 8 minutes by car to Windermere, 5 minutes to Kendal. Easy access to a bus stop and cycle lane. Adults only. Sorry but no pets.

Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

Pip's Hideaway is our gorgeous 1 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage situated on our family-run livestock farm, in the hamlet of Selside, close to Kendal and the Lake District. It was lovingly created from an old farm building in 2012 to a high standard keeping traditional features. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring all the Lake District has to offer. (A car is highly recommended) We are 9 miles from Bowness on Windermere , 11 miles from Ambleside and 23 miles from Keswick.

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studio bedrooms each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle and toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary with a focus of comfort and practicality. The riverside room has a king sized bed and the Garden View room has a double bed. You are welcome to share our garden.
