Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my two-week stay at Will's place! The apartment was clean and cozy, and the building appeared modern and new. I noticed a few reviews mentioning minor issues, but honestly, I had a great experience. The location is good – you can easily walk to a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants. Will was a great host, always available, friendly, and helpful with any questions. I recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the city – it's a great choice!

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

This home is magical!! I slept better than ever in the cozy, beautiful beds!! The crisp, cotton, fresh smelling sheets make all the difference. You can tell the owner cares about her guests with the attention to the small things and creature comforts. Loved the dishes and the darling details. The home is immaculate and feels like a real home that is loved and well-maintained. It is also super bright (a must for me), the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen and living area have plenty of space for comfortable entertaining. The location is great - Burlingame (short drive) has so much to offer for restaurants, self-care, shopping and and walkabout, and it is a convenient commute to San Francisco, Palo Alto / San Jose, and Half Moon Bay. (Plus super close to SFO). Garrett was exceptionally responsive and helpful with questions and directions. Loved our stay in this charming home and would definitely book again!!!🩷

We stayed at Carla’s place for two nights and loved everything - the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the cottage and how it was organised and the communication with Carla. The beds were super comfy and I enjoyed my coffee each morning. We had just arrived in the Bay Area from New Zealand and it was a wonderful space for two weary travellers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.

Had a great stay here - was located very conveniently by the airport, while still being a short drive to the city and the coast.

Husband and I stayed for a little less than a week and enjoyed our time! We had one compact SUV and parking was very comfortable for us. We appreciated the free snacks and water provided and slept well on the bed Saik’s instructions were easy and we would recommend this place to anyone

Raymund's place was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. I appreciated how clean it was and the size was perfect. The off-street parking was key for us too. Raymund was a great host, providing clear instructions and lots of privacy. We hope to stay there again!

Beautifully remodeled home. The kids loved the back yard and the neighbourhood was quiet yet safe. We loved that the kitchen had a proper gas stove and all the necessary amenities to cook a meal for a family.

The place was a described and shown in the pictures. Host was kind enough to call and walk us through details and make sure to give us information we needed.

Great location, grocery stores, restaurants, and the cal train station are walking distance which works out perfectly to explore San Francisco and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay, it felt like home!

A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. This was a great place to stay on our business trip to San Mateo. Our office is downtown on 3rd Ave which was just under a mile away from the house, which made it walkable in less than 20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home with all the necessary amenities for travelers and people passing through.

The amenities were excellent, and the furniture was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to the highway for easy access to nearby areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Heather was an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was clear, friendly, and fast—she responded immediately when we realized we’d accidentally booked the wrong dates and helped us adjust the reservation without any hassle. The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with plenty of space for our group of five. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during the stay. Heather also provided thoughtful checkout guidance and made everything seamless. We really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was great staying here! Joyce was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and this was the perfect amount of space. Very clean space, we all enjoyed staying here and would book again.
