Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events. The barn is located on the back of our 3 acre property. Our home is roughly 100 yards from the barn, and there is an RV with full time occupants on the other side of the barn.
