The apartment is located in Bremen St. Magnus within walking distance of Constructor University and the train station. It is a beautiful and spacious place with a very characteristic charm. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters, has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Unsere Wohnung (ca 70qm) mit kleinem Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, ist in Bremen Nord, St.Magnus gelegen. Die Constructor University und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wij verblijven in het buitenland en verhuren tijdelijk ons gezellig appartement met éen slaapkamer. (de tweede slaapkamer is op slot voor onze privé spullen). Het appartement beschikt daarnaast over een comfortabele woonkamer, volledig uitgeruste keuken en moderne badkamer met douche — ideaal gelegen in het gezellige centrum van Lesum, op loopafstand van Knoops Park, cafés en winkels.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). We invite every guest to visit the Overbeck Museum. Two secured bicycle parking spaces available.

The particularly quiet location on the Weserdeich offers relaxation in pure, direct nature. It invites you to long walks, bike rides & sitting by the Weser (20 m away). Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows, you have a beautiful view of the countryside or the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m²). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being renovated by us carefully and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

€75 will be charged for the first guest, and €25 for each additional guest. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Large TV (Netflix, Prime), Wi-Fi available, fully equipped open kitchen with round table and two seats. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle available. Bathroom with walk-in spacious rain shower. Towels and a hairdryer will be provided. An outdoor area with seating and barbecue area is available.
