The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Cozy approx. 45 square meter, independent apartment. The mountains, many lakes, the Lech and beautiful excursion destinations (fairy tale forest) are close by. Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. Beautiful excursions, hikes a few kilometers away /Alpine edge/ There are 3 apartments in the house. On the 3rd floor is the apartment, modern equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining area in one, next door is the bathroom with washing machine. Wifi is of course available. Welcome.:)

The charm of the house is certainly the history of the cheese kitchen from 1890 paired with an individual interior. Also valuable, the interiors are very spacious on over 200 square meters of living space. There is plenty of space for you to spend time together and plenty of retreats to be on your own.

Our old rectory with over 300 m² of living space is located close to attractions such as Neuschwanstein Castle and Füssen (34 km), Wieskirche (29 km). Munich is a good 1 hour away. Families, groups & children will feel very comfortable here. The Pfaffenwinkl offers a variety of winter sports activities in the immediate vicinity. Skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, etc.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
