Alexander is an excellent host since he is available 24/7 and is always ready to help you in case of issues.

The place was great- very close to both the Central beach and Harmani beach. In the area there are supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The guest house is quiet and the staff friendly. We highly recommend it.

Страхотно място за почивка, тихо и спокойно. Самона няколко метра е централната алея пълна със заведения и забавления, плажа също е много близо до хотела, закуската е разнобразна, рецепционистката ми помогна със кафето тъй като бях не ориентирован сутринта 😊 благодаря ви много със сигурност ще повторя.

Стаята изглежда като на снимките. Получихме достъп до стаята дори и без наличието на човек на рецепция и Любомир отговаря изключително бързо. Благодарим за гостоприемството!

Popis souhlasil s realitou a vzhledem k tomu, že jsme ubytování využívali hlavně k přespávání, vše bylo dostačující. Komunikace s hostitelkou perfektní, což velice oceňuji. Děkujeme.

Very good location, near to bars and restaurants, marvelous view, very quiet. The hotel itself has a perfect restaurant with very good prices. Cleaning is available every day. Air conditioned. Would for sure recommend it!

Ідеальне помешкання починаючи з самої квартири закінчуючи інфрастуктурою поруч! Квартира сучасна, чиста, світла! Ж все необхідне для відпочинку, приготування їжі! В комплексі є басейн та дитячий майданчик. Дуже зручно та швидко до пляжу (2 хвилини до першого безкоштовного пляжу и трошки далі починаються інший пляжі). Господар дуже привітний!! Дозволив залишити речі раніше заселення і загалом вийшло заселилися раніше! Як і виселитися трохи пізніше☺️ В комплексі тихо, немає шумних сусідів. Легко доїхати до Сонячного Берега, Несебра, якщо хочеться погуляти в більш великому місті. Але сам Светий Влас ідеально для спокійного відпочинку! Поруч магазин, ресторан, автобусні зупинки, великий супермаркет (15 хвилин пішки), кавʼярні та магазини. Нам дуже сподобалось, ми всім задоволені та ціна-якість ідеальна! Якщо будемо ще відпочивати, зупинимось обовʼязково ще тут! Дякую, Piotr!!

Amazing views, kitchen and hospitality. We were with a dog and they left some treats in the room for him. We will visit again.

we loved staying here, was nice to have somewhere to park and the host was really helpful. the room was lovely and the balcony was a great surprise ! loved the swinging chair in particular ! great views and so close to the centre, perfect overall thank you for hosting us!

A friend and I had an absolutely lovely weekend stay at Galya's place. The room was spacious, comfy and cozy, and had an amazing view over the bay. The pool area was clean, quiet, and kid-friendly. Most of all though, we enjoyed the inviting nature of our hosts; always attentive, friendly, and ready to help. They transformed a comfy stay into a truly pleasant experience. Would only advise that you call up the place after reserving to make sure all is well with the booking (had a small issue that was resolved by Galya in no time). Overall, great value, great host, would definitely come back soon!
