This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and valued. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities was impressive. I especially appreciated the serene ambiance and the stunning view, which made each morning a joy to wake up to.

The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The best space and hosts you could ask for! My 3-week stay was beyond comfortable and I was very sad to leave. The unit’s finishes and details are really special! The balcony is spacious with a partial business bay view. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

Sem dúvidas, a melhor vista de Dubai! Já estive em Dubai oito vezes e sempre fico em apartamentos muito bonitos, com vistas incríveis. Mas esse superou todos. Estou completamente encantada. Fiquei tão apaixonada que já reservei para voltar em alguns dias. Tudo é perfeito, sem defeitos. Se eu pudesse escolher um lugar para morar em Dubai, seria exatamente neste apartamento. Como se a vista da sacada já não fosse surpreendente, a do quarto consegue ser ainda melhor. Dormir e acordar olhando diretamente para o Burj Khalifa e toda aquela paisagem deslumbrante foi, pra mim, uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que entrei no apartamento, me emocionei, é realmente de tirar o fôlego. Sem dúvida, está no meu Top 5 dos melhores apartamentos em que já me hospedei na vida. The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

Un séjour extraordinaire ! Le logement est vraiment top : propre, soigné, et ça sent bon dès l’entrée. La vue est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos. On s’y sent vraiment bien, tout est parfaitement pensé pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

The apartment was amazing.. we booked for 1 week and it just fulfilled all of our needs and wants. Everything was clean and modern, the building had a very nice pool and the staff were friendly. Parking was also included.
