Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bur Dubai

Easily found the house, everything was easy and fast at the reception. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is everything in the description - I was pleased with water, tea, coffee and sweets! There were four or two adults/2 children, everyone was happy. The pool on the territory is large and clean, my husband went to the hall a couple of times, also satisfied. Great view, good value! We will definitely come back to you.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Stayed in many apartments in the Marina and this one was by far the best, great access to Marina and JBR. Khadija's was an excellent host, super responsive and couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend.

Great host. Clear communication. Self check-in was problematic as i don’t know the are. Canal view is amazing and studio is larger than what you’d expect.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

The Burj residence was an amazing location. Not only was the apartment just as pictured, but was walking distance from the Dubai Mall and countless restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

The apartment is great, very spacious and great views. Location is prime for JBR, you have access to a multitude of things all in close proximity, beach, safe play areas for children, shops and more. Would definitely recommend and also would stay again. Thank you.

We loved our stay here! The apartment has stunning views of lakes and is in a quiet, peaceful area just a short walk from the metro, shops and good restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Good host very responsive and helpful.

I have to say that I went to Dubai during the beginning of summer and it can be hot to go out during day time, But Janara’s place was a good place to chill and relax when your indoor. The accomodation was spacious, the kitchenware was complete and it provided what we needed as we like to cook our own food. The bathroom was clean though the water can be too hot ( just like anywhere in Dubai) , but Janara will instruct you to how to navigate it to a manageable temperature. I was impressed on the day of our check in. We were so tired from our trip in Abu Dhabi and had a late check in around 7pm and we got to Janara’s place and the beds were made, fresh towels were ready and slippers provides for the comfort of our feet. Our over all stay was excellent! I will definetly come back to this place when im visiting Dubai.
