Bohemia Heights is your Cairns sanctuary, just 1.2 km from the city centre—a quick 15-minute stroll to the heart of town. This spacious apartment features two bedrooms with built-in robes, an open-plan kitchen/living area, and an on-site pool. While not a modern build, it’s full of character and charm. Comfortably accommodating four, it combines new furnishings with sustainably sourced, upcycled pieces. The cosy balcony is a standout, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the local vibe.

The Orchid Room - spacious, private & comfortable.

Located just outside the city and 8 minutes drive to the airport, this is a lovely peaceful apartment that is attached to the main house where we live, but completely private, with your own entrance. The spacious and fresh bedroom with tropical garden outlook is well insulated so cool in summer (it is also air-conditioned) and the fully tiled ensuite bathroom is functional and modern. The Orchid Room is perfect for a couples romantic getaway, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

(LS2) Charming Unit - Close to City - Sleeps Five

Located just out from the City Centre at 207 Spence St, Bungalow, is this beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom character apartment on the first floor up. There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.

Tropical Bliss

Local cafes and restaurants only a 5 min walk, 10min walk to the botanical gardens, CBD is only 12mins by car. The studio is spacious, light and airey. Once inside, views to the pool which is are surrounded by tropical gardens. In the pool area there is a large sunbed for relaxing, morning coffee or a quiet sundowner. My place is very private, quiet and you will have a real local experience. It offers your own BBQ for cooking it has only a kitchenette with microwave and air fryer.
