Brooker Tiny Home: Rural Luxury

Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Our cosy, 1860's cottage has a self checkin entrance & sits in a private garden with views to the old barn. The living room, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom make an ideal getaway for couples. Set on four acres, the property backs onto a treed area alongside the Werribee River. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat. All are within a 30 minute drive.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This charming and totally unique 1860's styled solid stone and timber Miners Cottage offers peace and tranquility. Nestled amongst towering gums and abundant native wildlife including our resident Kangaroos and Kookaburras, this property is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. Located in Gordon in the beautiful Central Highlands, the Cottage is just over an hours drive from the Melbourne CBD and within a 1.4 km slightly elevated walk to dine at the funky Gordons Cafe or the Pub.

Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio

Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.
