Haven Bundanoon Southern Highlands

Your perfect base to explore beautiful Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. Completely private, located at one end of our home is “Haven”, your very own guest suite. You'll enjoy having your own access, stylish decor and little extras! Comprising of one or two bedrooms (please confirm one or two rooms at booking) and spacious ensuite bathroom: perfect for the solo traveller, couples, or friends. Comfortable queen size beds, small sitting area with garden views, spacious shower, and spa bath.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Best Exotic Magnolia Cottage

Beautiful and private cottage with a touch of class set in a pretty cottage style garden. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the exotic name of the cottage !! We are fortunate enough to have a vast array of birdlife visit the garden - guests love sitting on the deck admiring the birds and garden. We are ideally located very close to the Morton National Park - stunning scenery, beautiful walks and to the quaint village with small shops and cafes to enjoy. Great place to visit !

The Shed at Penrose

Cosy self Contained Apartment on a small 5 acre working horse training property based in Penrose, Southern Highlands NSW Our apartment can accomodate a couple or a family of 4 making it an easy choice for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Southern Highlands. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

Leafy location just one kilometer from the heart of the village and just under two to the main entrance to Morton National Park. The property has been ftted out with quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen together with Sleeping Duck mattresses and fine bed linen. Ducted hot & cool air and a wood stove will keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter. There is also a good sized deck off the living area and large pet friendly garden with patio and fire pit.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.

Kalamunda Estate with Pool, Fire Pit & BBQ Deck

Kalamunda Estate is a spacious retreat set on 5 acres, just 3 km from Bundanoon. Perfect for large groups, it features a pool, a large outdoor BBQ deck with stunning bushland views, and a games room. The 5-bedroom house accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or friends' get-togethers. With a vast garden, there’s plenty of room for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors.
