Condo holiday rentals in Buncombe County

We had a guys trip to Asheville planned but reconsidered after the devastating flood. Glad we were able to find this place and still make it happen. Things were just reopening and they were appreciative of our business. This location is awesome. You can walk up the hill to Orange Peel for concerts and Wicked Weed Brewing - less than a 15 minute walk. We didn’t get in our cars the entire weekend. The rooftop deck is awesome. We had a couple issues when we checked in and they were very responsive and friendly. Parking wasn’t an issue and the elevator was helpful. Slept five of us just fine with the sofa bed. We’d stay here any time.

We stayed in the cabin for a death in our family March 2025 and wanted a place clean, relaxing and quiet and we got just that!! We did have a "tiny" issue but when Tamra found out she was on it, and it was corrected quickly and we even talked on the phone, and she was the sweetest person. The Cabin was clean and comfy and so relaxing, and the beds were so comfortable also. We would definitely come back to stay & recommend it to anyone!!

We truly had a wonderful stay in David's condo. The location was spot on for accessing all that Asheville has to offer. We loved the ammenties such as breakfast items and all the nice toiletries. Clean did not even describe the meticulously organized and spotless interior... it was a pleasure to experience. Great linens and towels, fans and all that one needed for a short term stay. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a concert at the Cherokee center and I've gotta say the location couldn't have been better. Very walkable to downtown and a comfy bed to rest in after shopping all day!

We had a fantastic stay at Kenji’s place. It’s exactly as described. Easy check-in and the place easy clean and tidy. Access to Rumbling Bald is awesome, with so much to do near by. Would love to stay again. Perfect for our family of 3.

Great location...walkable, easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Our favorite place to stay in Asheville. Well appointed home, comfortable and clean. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

We really appreciated all the small touches making us feel welcome. For example filtered water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, shampoos, laundry soap and chocolates. The place was very clean and updated. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was also very enjoyable to see and use their pottery pieces. They were both very friendly. Her description was perfect in saying that they are in a quiet neighborhood but close to lots of fun things to do. We will definitely be back.

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

Hands down one of the best airbnb rentals we have stayed at! We will always come here when visiting Asheville!

Was great right from the start, was messaged to say I could check in early. The space was perfect and a quiet area despite the amount of condos. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a generous amount of space. The Keurig machine was a nice touch! Host was exceptional with communication. Would highly recommend.

Nice place. Would stay again. Can’t wait for the area to recover. But while they are working hard there is still a lot to enjoy!

It was a great peaceful Escape for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Alicia was great and checked on us. Home was in very nice condition and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Jody was super friendly and very responsive to any questions that I had. The rental was immaculately clean, with nice furnishings and a comfy bed. I would definitely recommend The Snug or any of Jody’s other listings at The Shaded Crest.

We absolutely loved Fairway Villa 106! It’s now a family fave! The condo was beautifully decorated and the layout of the living area and bedrooms was perfect for our family. The screened in porch was a family favorite hang out spot in the mornings as we enjoyed hearing the birds, watching the ducks and geese play in the water, and the squirrels chasing each other up and down the trees! The location was very close to the Rumbling Bald amenities. And, with Bald Mountain Lake access near the home, it made it extra fun for our family! The owners allowed us to use their blow up kayak and floats that were very easy to take on the small lake. We also brought our own fishing poles along with charcoal and food to grill, taking full advantage of the beautiful lakefront pavilion right down the road. And the late check out time let us really enjoy our last day there. The owners were very responsive, thoughtful, and made our vacation comfortable and worry free! We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay. The lake was still not back up and running due to a natural disaster but that did not stop us from enjoying the pools and outdoor activities!
