Just Beyond Utopia is a charming cottage located on a 12 acre wooded estate just three miles from the heart of downtown Asheville. The estate has gardens, forests, and a Swiss Family Robinson style tree-houses with a fire pit to relax and socialize with friends and family. The cottage has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and a ladder to climb to a cozy loft, perfect for younger family members with 2 twin beds. It is truly the perfect location for families or romantic getaways!

Unique Barn on an organic farm

When I built our barn a while back Airbnb didn't even exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy . Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! We are happy to offer our guests a unique living space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. You are welcome to roam our 28 acres on our trail system, swim in the pond, and decompress from your daily routine. Cell service is limited but we have Fiber Optic Wifi for calling & streaming.

Fenced pet approved yard ($50 one time fee covers 2 pet max), with outdoor dining, BBQ grill and fire pit. A relaxing oasis after hiking and exploring the beauty and charm of Western NC.

Come to Asheville! Support local businesses after Helene! This charming barn conversion is a modern & spacious place to stay! With a large tv in the living room, and a large booth, this home makes for great space for you, your family & friends to play some card games, cook meals, & spending time together in the open concept area. You will also most likely see goats and llamas while staying here! Downtown AVL only 20 minutes away! Many water falls, hiking trails in the Asheville area as well

Converted hayloft with sweeping mtn views

The hayloft above our barn is now a beautiful studio apartment with an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Open up the French doors and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds settle in the valley. Give the horses some carrots and nose rubs or feed the chickens some bread. Enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast (when available) in the full kitchen and take in the peace and quiet of the mountains while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and Black Mountain.

Enjoy a taste of botanical living. Flora Forest & Field is 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and only miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. On the property we run a floral design studio, a tropical plant greenhouse, and are working hard to grow as many natives and perennials as we can with a focus on sustainability. This 1960's dairy barn has been renovated to house our design studio, the 2 bedroom apartment and a space to host dinners and classes.

Embrace tranquility in our Barn Haven, nestled in Asheville's picturesque landscape. Ideal for couples or nature enthusiasts, this gem combines rustic charm & modern convenience. You will hear horses during your stay. We do provide ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. You may also see some bugs during your stay. We have a pest control contract and we also provide bug spray but please remember, we are a farm with animals and bugs are inevitable.
