When I built our barn a while back Airbnb didn't even exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy . Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! We are happy to offer our guests a unique living space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. You are welcome to roam our 28 acres on our trail system, swim in the pond, and decompress from your daily routine. Cell service is limited but we have Fiber Optic Wifi for calling & streaming.

Just nine miles from downtown Asheville, this farm cottage has spectacular twenty mile views and is nestled within our farm's twenty four acres! The cottage is a sanctuary that offers beautiful design and affordable luxury in an amazing mountain setting. It is perfect during all seasons! Due to the health risks of our livestock, we are unable to host any animals, including service animals. We have a legal exemption. You will also most likely see goats and llamas while staying here! Downtown AVL only 20 minutes away! Many water falls, hiking trails in the Asheville area as well

Converted hayloft with sweeping mtn views

The hayloft above our barn is now a beautiful studio apartment with an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Open up the French doors and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds settle in the valley. Give the horses some carrots and nose rubs or feed the chickens some bread. Enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast (when available) in the full kitchen and take in the peace and quiet of the mountains while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and Black Mountain.

Enjoy a taste of botanical living. Flora Forest & Field is 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and only miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. On the property we run a floral design studio, a tropical plant greenhouse, and are working hard to grow as many natives and perennials as we can with a focus on sustainability. This 1960's dairy barn has been renovated to house our design studio, the 2 bedroom apartment and a space to host dinners and classes.
