Holiday rentals with a patio in Buggerru

Il paese sebbene un po' disastrato dal punto di vista urbanistico è in una splendida posizione . L'appartamento è spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario. La vista che si ha sul mare è molto bella. Un terrazzo è a disposizione sul piano della cucina dove si può tranquillamente cenare e godere il tramonto. Claudio e Francesca non erano presenti ma una parente ci ha accolto al check-in e check-out dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Wir wurden herzlich von Morena, der Tochter der Gastgeber, empfangen. Sie hatte für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von etwas Süßem, Olivenöl und Schnaps vorbereitet und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Außerdem gab sie uns zahlreiche tolle Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants – alle waren wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft konnten wir leicht verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen, und die nahegelegenen Strände zählen zu den schönsten, die ich je besucht habe. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

casa dotata di tutti i comfort a 10' a piedi dalla spiaggia di Buggerru, 5' di macchina da spiaggia di San Nicolò, 15' da Cala Domestica e 30' da Porto Flavia. a 2 passi ci sono supermercato, ristoranti e mercato comunale. casa moderna, con a/c, lavastoviglie e lavatrice asciugatrice. arredata con tutti i comfort, letti comodi, parcheggio semplice. consigliata come base per esplorare questa parte della Sardegna. tornerei volentieri!

The home is spacious. If I had an Italian nonna, I imagine this is how her home would be. It is vintage indeed but, has all the amenities. The view of the Giara from one of the rooms is beautiful. It is a very small town and everyone seems to be knowing everyone else. There is a small market in town for basic essentials and some groceries. Genoveffa is an amazing host and answered all my questions promptly. She generously gave us some homegrown lemons and helped in making us feel right at home. We loved the home and enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Valentina. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet, sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Umgebung (es sind nur ein paar Häuser), etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Man muss da mal gewesen sein, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

wir waren für 5 Nächte mit zwei Kindern und Hund in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. trotz Wind und Wetter hat man auf der Terrasse eine gute Möglichkeit zum Essen und verweilen. wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten so auch gut die umliegenden Strände erkunden. erwähnenswert sind auch die bequemen Betten und das schöne Badezimmer. insgesamt eine sehr gute Mischung von alt und neu!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Lorenzo war freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Selberkochen ist eher umständlich, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara e Livio sono stati degli host impeccabili: gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e con risposte rapidissime. La casa è davvero graziosa, molto confortevole e, con mia grande sorpresa, molto più grande e spaziosa di quanto sembrasse dalle foto (di solito è il contrario!). Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e completa di tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a casa. Un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissima!

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Vacanze di coppia, ci siamo trovati veramente bene nell’alloggio. La casa è immersa nella natura e c’è una pace incredibile! dotata di tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto molto funzionale. Consiglio di rivedere un po’ lo scarico perché sia su lavandino che nella doccia e nel bidet l’acqua fa un po’ di fatica a scendere, ma con qualche accortezza si gestisce tutto bene lo stesso. Daniele e Valentina sono stati gentilissimi con noi e sempre molto disponibili a rispondere a chiamate e messaggi, anche flessibili nell’orario del check in. Posto auto riservato (non del tutto adatto a macchine sportive/basse, ma anche qui con un po’ di accortezza si fa tutto). Nota di merito per la pulizia della casa perché quando siamo arrivati era veramente pulita impeccabilmente. Piccolo kit di benvenuto con latte, acqua, marmellatine varie e un paio di merendine, molto apprezzato! In conclusione mi sento di consigliare assolutamente questa sistemazione che come qualità prezzo è davvero ottima!☺️ spiegge vicine!

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Pärchen absolut ausreichend und fein. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert (die Fotos sind noch nicht erneuert worden). Kleine Mankos waren: sehr feucht (Klimaanlage konnte da aber gut helfen), nicht so privat wie auf den Fotos, wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten (vielleicht noch 2 Kommoden dazustellen). Küchenausstattung war alles da. Host war proaktiv und sehr nett. Zufahrt ist sehr fragwürdig, die öffentliche Straße besteht nur aus Schlaglöchern (kann der Host nichts für) und geht relativ steil hoch. Etwas schwer zu finden, aber Host hat uns einfach von der Straße abgeholt :). Appartment liegt in Appartmentkomplex und ist nach Nord-Westen gerichtet.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è davvero comoda: perfetta per muoversi anche a piedi, con tutto il necessario a portata di mano. L’appartamento è accogliente e curato nei dettagli. L’host è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e attento, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Il soggiorno è stato è stato molto piacevole, Corrado è un host disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei suoi affittuari. Ci ha fornito chiare indicazioni sui luoghi più belli da visitare e sulle attrazioni più significative nelle vicinanze. La casa è bellissima dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e di ampi spazi esterni; il prezzo vale assolutamente l’ alloggio proposto, dovessimo tornare in zona penseremo sicuramente a Corrado!

Appartamento grande e molto funzionale, dotato di tutto, ideale per 2 famiglie in viaggio insieme. Comunicazioni con l’host rapide e efficaci. Da sapere: è al terzo piano senza ascensore
