The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.
