Large family HOUSE. Sleeps 6. Close to sandy beach and beach access with stairs to the beach. New tile floors. Nice layout. Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed . 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.

There are 2.5 bathrooms that feature our plush bath towels and luxurious bath and face soaps. This new build offers high end finishes, smart televisions for streaming, and highspeed internet. Sit and enjoy the beach view, or walk down to our clear sandy beach access. The condo is a short 18 miles to the Bills stadium! Go Bills!
