Holiday rentals with a sauna in Budva Municipality

Even though it is in busiest part of seaside, near Budva, the place is amazingly located - near beach but away from traffic, noise and crowd. 8min walk to beach and 10min drive to Budva. Hosts were great and friendly and our room was amazing

Pros * Spacious and clean apartment * Superb location * Great amenities and facilities * The Host was flexible and allowed us to leave our bags as arrived earlier than check in * Given we stayed for two weeks, the Host agreed to change our bedding and towels halfway through our stay Cons * The essentials listed (toilet paper, towels, rubbish bin bags) were not supplied for the entire stay, we only received one bin liner for two weeks * Very minimally stocked apartment - no washing powder, shower gel or shampoo; cooking oil, salt, etc * Incorrect link provided to property location, so we had to grab a second taxi to take us to Hotel Tre Canne. It would have been much easier if they had written the correct hotel name or given the correct pin in ‘how to get there’ on Airbnb

With the exception of the maps location being slightly off, everything went well. And the location was very well clarified by the host by message

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la résidence Sunny side ! Tout était fidèle à la description et aux photos, l’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et spacieux et nous avons apprécié les équipements (salle de sport et de jeux notamment). Nous avions toujours de la place sur les transats à la piscine (en plein mois d’août) et pour se garer aussi. Drago et Serguey ont toujours été disponibles et très réactifs, merci à eux !! Les seuls bémols sont le wifi un peu capricieux et la situation géographique (en haut d’une côte difficile à monter) mais en voiture ça ne pose aucun problème ! Je recommande vivement ce logement !

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Perfect place to stay. Even better than on photos. Highly recommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Ceca était très réactive et aimable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement (même si le lit n’était pas tout confort) Le logement est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement et le recommandons chaudement.

The accommodation was just lovely, clean and safe. The bed was comfy and we slept so well. The owner provided all the information we required. We would definitely use the accommodation again. We enjoyed the pool with a lovely view. The pool beds were modern and comfortable. Note: if you prefer to use a honest taxi - we highly recommend Miki (I cannot share his number) we were charged extortionate prices eg 40 euros from the airport and 15 euros from the port to the accommodation. Whereas, he charged 25 euros from the airport and about 4 euros from the port. He works for a taxi chain - Viper. We only had a taxi at night. Only use a taxi with a meter. The Big Ben Restaurant is a nice for reasonable food too.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Haus des Gastgebers, aber trotzdem haben wir uns privat gefühlt. Dmitry und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft war absolut topp, vielen Dank nochmals.

We had an amazing stay at this villa – what a gem! We were a big group (8 adults and 5 kids under 4!), and the house handled us perfectly. While the location is listed as Muo, it’s actually in Prčanj – but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We quickly figured out the local bus system, which was super handy and added to the adventure. It leaves from the Dodo Market by the way! A special shoutout to Ljubo, who was there instantly whenever we needed help with anything – incredibly helpful and kind! Now, let’s talk about the SAUNA – absolutely BRILLIANT. It has a proper Harvia stove, and as a group of Finns, we were seriously impressed. Full approval from the sauna experts – we LOOOOVED IT. The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the hill? Not a problem at all. It actually gave us some nice daily exercise and fantastic views as a reward. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

This villa is incredible. It has beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for. It has indoor and outdoor dining, a large kitchen, a pool with sun beds, spacious bedrooms, and even a sauna! Branislav was a great host with fast and helpful responses, good restaurant recommendations, and even helped us book a boat trip that picked us up steps from the villa. There is an area to swim in the bay only a 1 minute walk from the villa. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you have a car rented if you are staying here though as it is difficult to walk anywhere along the roads. Aside from this it is perfect!

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
