The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony). A washing machine is also available on request.

Joli appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Joli appartement bien équipé, avec une place de parking très proche. En rez de chaussée, jolie terrasse avec bar à fondue. Télévision avec de très nombreuses chaînes. Les voisins du dessus sont parfois un peu bruyants malheureusement, mais le prix est en conséquence.
