Very nice place, it is not a large apartment but everything is organized, very clean and has access around it to many things. Its owner is very friendly and ready.

It’s a good location and clean apartment. Carlos is a good host , he lives in same building and is always very fast to respond to any questions or concerns. He knows the city well. I liked my stay.

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

Our stay at Marcela’s place was excellent. Very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was very well appointed with utensils for cooking home cooked meals. Hot water and AC worked well our entire 2 week stay. Beautiful neighborhood but very busy during the day. Main thoroughfare and close to markets and restaurants. Fairly quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your help and a great stay. 🙏🏼

Carlos was very nice and attentive to the requested requirements. What I liked the most was to arrive and find a place that smelled good and had clean tents.

Very comfortable apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Sandra is super friendly, her place is very comfortable and nice. Together with my wife we had a comforting night after the trip. When we return we will surely contact you again. We recommend it.

Nice comfortable place, I felt at home, in a quiet area, the attention of Mr. Andrés, always with the best disposition and very attentive to everything. I would come back again.

the stay seemed wonderful, a very quiet place for me, my husband and especially for my older adult parents. also for my dogs, they were happy, the terrace gave me the impression of a very big place, that way walk, I played with my puppies. the building, all very attentive, the supervisory gentlemen very collaborating. the easily accessible location for the city's sights. loved it, I almost stayed. we aspire to return soon! suggestion, TV channels. Older adults want to see TV and not just platforms. But this I don't take what's nice. I would put 10 of 10 to this place.
