Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Buca

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

It was a very pleasant experience Everything was the same as in the photo. Cleanliness was very good. Ms. Buket was also very helpful.

Good place to stay in the Nergiz neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are 2 ACs which is important in the summer. The kitchen has all the stuff you need for cooking. The place has a good Internet connection suitable for remote work. The utilities were very affordable. Thank you, Deniz and Dogu for your hospitality.

Since we came to the race with my friends, it was very important to us that it was a quiet and calm place. And the location was very good in that respect. Here is my humble advice for those who will go in the winter. You will definitely have to light the fireplace:) There are heaters in the house, but you may have heating problems due to the fact that the house is large. So it's a good idea to plan your fireplace wood:)

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

This place is simply amazing — words can't describe how much we loved it! A whole two-story house with a charming inner courtyard full of flowers and friendly cats. It was so cozy that we didn't even feel like going out! A huge thank you to the host, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — she even came to meet us at the train station. Next time we're in Izmir, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The personal welcome by the host was very warm – I felt welcome right away. The place is extremely clean, the beds are super hygienic and very comfortable. Questions were responded to immediately, and there was always a timely response. The location is ideal if you are traveling by car – especially the proximity to the airport and the trade fair is optimal. Thank you to the host for the great stay!

Everything was very nice, very close to the trains and subways in terms of location, and Alsancak is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and spacious. Ms. Demet is very understanding, communication with her was very convenient. We are returning satisfied.

Nilüfer’s Airbnb in İzmir was great. My friends and I were visiting for a wedding, and the location was very convenient. The balcony has a great view and would have been perfect for a fire if it was a bit colder. Nilüfer was so helpful and very informative. I would definitely consider coming back when I go to İzmir again.
