Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Charming Delanija - a vacation for nature lovers

This is a miniature house built from an old refrigerator built into stone walls. All furniture, carpentry and decorations are handmade. In front of the cottage there is a small lake full of life and a large olive grove. Behind the cottage grows a small pine forest. Guests have at their disposal 2000 m2 of garden. The cottage is located outside the village, about 1km from the sea (2 min. by car). The market is about 1.5 km away. The city of Krk and Malinska 14 km, ferry port Valbiska 6.3 km.

Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

The cottage is supplied with solar energy and therefore electricity is limited, while rainwater is used exclusively for hygienic supplies.
