Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Come and recharge your batteries in a nice independent studio in a residential house, in the countryside, a short walk to the Valley of the Apes, the Plant Labyrinth and Old Cormenier. Welcome to the stunning countryside of Brux Vienne, calling all hikers, cyclists, and families who want to get away from it all. We have a one-bedroom family room with a double bed and bunk beds, a shower room and kitchen, dining and lounge area. all on one level but not wheelchair friendly, suitable for a family of four. Towels and Bedding are provided.
