Spacious house with pool (heated from June to August), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, conservatory and lake view. The lake below the house has lovely cliffs and a diving platform. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-metre stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
