Fantastic stay! Highly recommended. Host communication was easy and efficient. Quick and pleasant responses. Everything is in line with the description. The house was cozy, tidy and nicely decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we entered the door. It was extra nice that it was decorated with freshly picked flowers. Here it is calm and quiet and there is nothing to disturb you. The view over the fjord is fantastic from the terrace. In addition, it was affordable. Thank you! We'd love to come back another time.

We were 11 people staying at this place (two families with teenage children). The place was perfect for us with plenty of space. We’ll equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds and large livingroom and bathroom. The house was clean, quiet and very easy to access. Good parking.

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

Very nice place in a clean and cozy house. Kitchen with a view and good things to cook. Dining area and living room with a view. Nice winter garden, large garden with good terrace spaces, where you can sit quietly and look over the Trondheim fjord. Kort: a dream place

Our stay was great. The place is in a perfect spot, just a short tram ride to the center, but still in nature. There are lakes and walking paths all around. We had our dog with us and really enjoyed the walks by the lake. There is a shop “spar” 1mn from the apartment,very convenient! Everything was clean, and Anniken was quickly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Very friendly landlord, flexible and helpful. All rooms, with 14 beds, were nicely refurbished, and we felt very welcome. Large long table with room for 15-16 dinner guests. Facilities for video viewing and music. Fantastic views, heated pool and good opportunities for storage of refrigerated/frozen goods, clothes and equipment. Perfect for arranging a party!!

Really a place to recommend :) Especially if you are a big family like us, the house was big and very spacious. Very good outdoor area for barbecuing and cuddling. Birgitte as a host was great, always helpful and responded quickly to messages.

The house was extraordinary, had more than you can see in the photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Ahmat is a great host, which is what made staying here so nice. He was responsive and accommodating to all my questions and needs. The place was very clean and has a nice little balcony, very much as shown and described. I would return when I am back in Trondheim, no questions!

Jannicke was very nice and welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The apartment was nice, well located and worth the price. It was definitely worth renting from her.

Great place! Great grill cabin where there is all you need of equipment for and to prepare the food with/on! The sleeping cabin was cozy with an incredibly good bed, lovely and waking up with nature and trees as a view, plus a view of the fjord. We went for a walk in the water and tried out the boat, great hiking trails. All in all, just absolutely wonderful,😄 recommended!

Very lovely place with a place to sit outside and enjoy sun.

I could eternally gush about how lovely our stay was and what a gracious host Mette is. It was a cozy beautiful attic apartment nook & i hope to visit again. Mette was supportive to us when we lost our luggage due to a flight missed connection and the place was spotless with touches that made it feel like home.

The rooms and spaces are beyond a normal B&B. Bathroom is stunning, we hadn 't enough time to enjoy it. Grethe helped us out with food, shop, ..... which we didn't expect. Perfect host and place.

We had a great time at Kikut and can highly recommend staying there if you like to have a calm and off grid holiday and be close to nature. We came by bus which worked well, but beware: to get to the hut from the bus station Skogstadvegen (which is the closest one you can get to on weekends) is a steep walk up hill. Manageable but not easy!
