Simply perfect! João is a great host and in every corner of the apartment the care for guests is clear! Watching movies on the living room TV is a spectacle in itself. Easy access to the apartment and the region has several restaurants, a market and pharmacy, well centralized and relatively close to Praça da Liberdade (10min walk). I highly recommend it

Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!

Beautiful and comfortable place. Super cozy. Advice for those who will be staying and even for the host… Be careful with speakers by the pool and even the volume of the TV near the kitchen, as there are 3 cottages and this can bother other guests. there are people who will look for the place just to rest and get out of the “chaos” of the city.

We were very well received at your accommodation the house is exactly as in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, great quality bed linen and bath towels and very fragrant, very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and I highlight the very good hot tub that heats well. We spent a perfect holiday on the site of Vanessa, the place is wonderful, super quiet, the house super clean with everything we needed, an automatic filter pool that was also clean. I want to return!!!

The house is excellent, spacious rooms, everything very clean and communication with Uilian was super quiet.

Danielle's house is spectacular, super comfortable, very complete. The outer space is beautiful, lots of nature, impeccable garden. Even with rain we love our stay. It was days of much rest, card games made available by Danielle. The TV room screen is a lot of show, it's home cinema. We highly recommend, we even intend to return as soon as possible.
