Holiday rentals with a patio in Brugherio

The loft was very homey and nicely decorated/furnished. Marco and Lydia were also very welcoming. There was lots of space. And the small garden in front of the loft, made it feel secluded from the noise of the city. There are also many possible public transportation options close by. I can recommend this accommodation.

We loved the stay. The view was breathtaking! Would stay here again.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Ernesto was an amazing host.. very friendly and helpful in giving us instructions on how to get to the city center and even explained the security measures in place and where to find additional parking if needed and much more. Super Host and the place was clean and very comfortable.

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

I had such a lovely 5-night stay in this beautiful apartment. The space is bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed, stylish yet super cozy and it instantly felt like home. The location is convenient too, just a 5 to 7-minute walk from Cologno Sud station, with a direct Line 2 Metro that gets you to Milan Centrale in about 15 minutes. It had everything I needed - an AC, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed, a relaxing living area, all in a open space. And the private terrace on the rooftop? Absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to chill out and recharge after a long day exploring Milan. Everything was spotless and so well put together, which made the whole stay feel wonderful. Cristina was such a wonderful host - kind, responsive and attentive to every little detail. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
