Anke’s cottage on Barra is a slice of heaven. Dubbed “Barradise”, the island’s beauty, wild yet peaceful, is breathtaking. We enjoyed several hikes, each offering stunning views and serenity. The cottage, while a bit cold due to the season, was made warm by Anke’s care. She provided extra heaters and a kind partial refund for unnoticed storm damage. It’s cozy, with a special charm and an amazing sea view, offering magical sunrises. Can’t wait to return to this cozy haven!

A Perfect Storm Getaway! Our stay at Peter's cozy storm hut was absolutely wonderful! From the moment me and my partner arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect snug retreat during the stormy weather. And the views – wow! Waking up to such a breathtaking outlook was truly special. Paul was an wonderful host, attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this charming spot!

We were blown away by the Pod! It was so well designed and quality fitted out that as first time glampers , it blew my mind Sitting enjoying the view or as I saw , the rising Sun in the morning, it surpassed many so called luxury places we have stayed! I would recommend it to anyone going to Barra Thanks Stewart, Michele, and the delightful boys Di and Roger ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Catherine’s house was clean and cosy with everything you needed and more. We are missing the amazing view already. Barra is a small but magical place with so much to see and explore, this is our second visit to the isle and we found lots of new walks and different beaches. 160 Earsary is a great base, near to the supermarket, community store and cafe kisimul!; but very peaceful and away from it all. We would love to return x
