Die Toilette hat eine Nasszeile (Goldschale) sowie ein Bidet WC. Die Elektrifizierung besteht aus LED Leuchten. Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Infrarot Steinplatte sowie einem Dänischen Ofen Morsö. My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

On the beach of Lake Erlauf.

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Erlaufsee, which is a few meters away. Guests will find in the apartment a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet as well as a spacious kitchen with dining area and sofa bed including another fold-out bed. On the property of the apartment there is also a restaurant which invites you to eat.
