Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broome County

Very nice place, close to the bike trails in Pennsylvania. Very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen area well equipped. The living area was very relaxing. Thanks to Jules for letting me in her cottage!

Wow. Beautiful home. The rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The bathroom was huge and the tub was a nice surprise. The hosts were so welcoming. My 80 mother was in our party and she has mobility issues. Barrie could not have been more accommodating. My mother said she might just stay!! Overall a 10!!!

Maureen’s place was perfect for our family. Before checking in she messaged us to let us know about the keypad and parking. We had a question regarding the keypad and she responded within the minute. The home had plenty of space, extra linens, and cozy blankets! We loved the decor and private back yard. The list of things to do, eat, drink and visit was extremely helpful! The amenities in the bathrooms were perfect in case we forgot anything at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Maureen’s place again!

Great place to stay for the three of us visiting a sick relative. Lots of room, comfy beds and very homey feel. Nicole Lee was great with some flexibility on our schedule. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

Beautiful property and home. The host was very accomodating to our last minute reservation and late night arrival. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the porch in the mornings and evenings and the walk to the creek was beautiful. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom towels were plush and there were plenty for our stay. The home was stocked with all the amenities from qtips to coffee. The decor was inviting and tasteful. We enjoyed our stay at Genny's Cottage!

I go up every December to visit my son and grands. I always stay in a hotel. But this year I found a gem. My Grands loved staying with me for the week. Such a cute place to stay. I loved it so much that I want to go back in the summer to enjoy the river!! We will be back!! Thanks Jose for sharing

yoni was such a fabulous host—he answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave great recs for things to do and towns to visit nearby. the space was exactly as described/pictured and was more beautiful in person than i imagined. it’s definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. plus we loved the sauna, games, and projector! will definitely come back :)

It was everything we could have hoped for while we visited my son at college. We will definitely be back next time!

Space was as described on a quiet dead end road.

Was a great place to stay. Very clean, and she even left snacks,treats, and water for us which Is above and beyond in my opinion.

My stay was extremely peaceful the building was being renovated so i was practically alone the host was absolutely wonderful

Such nice amazing people had a great stay even tho something came Up and I had to leave early they were so nice and understanding about it and even refunded me partially

I had a lovely and rejuvenating stay here. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together with relaxation in mind. Upon arrival, Candes was welcoming and kind and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was quiet and serene, and right in the center of town. The sauna and fireplace were added perks. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return.

Diane's place worked out great for me. Nice quiet neighborhood but very close to anything you could need (take a short walk to Paula's for great coffee). I didn't meet Diane but she was quick to respond to messages. The space is exactly as described. Read the listing carefully so you know what to expect. A good stay and a good value.
