Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 6 adults (or 4 adults and 4 children). It is just 10 metres from the water and 60 minutes from Sydney CBD. Whilst this is the perfect place to come and relax, it is important to note this is not a suitable location for parties or events.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
