Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.
