This charming cottage was featured in Indianapolis monthly magazine twice! It is tastefully decorated, bright, open and airy. It is a 10 minute walk to all the shops and bars. Features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom is spacious with two twin beds and over looks the front porch where there is a bistro set perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine. There is a private backyard with seating for four and a gas grill as well!

We were extremely pleased with the amenities of Brett's cottage and would recommend to any travelers at Indy / Broad Ripple. The location is ideal and walkable to the shops and sites in Broad Ripple, and super close to canal and river walks. It's so nice to have the whole house with lovely gardens and backyard fire pit; and we're excited for our future stays. Beats the area hotels to have some room to move, and prices also!

This was such a great stay! The house was fantastic, and the backyard was awesome to hang out in. Having ample parking spots for the house was a huge plus with 2 bigger vehicles traveling in our group. Also it should be mentioned that even though I didn’t bring my dogs, I could’ve and they would’ve felt right at home. Everything from dog bowls, treats to toys was made available if you do decide to bring your dog. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the broad ripple area to consider this house!
