Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

Great for 8-10 people, separate rooms with private bathrooms provide plenty of privacy. Well-equipped living space, climatic, well-maintained and spacious. A wonderful neighbor from the net served us with his tomatoes 😍 a few steps from the house is the brilliant prosecco Siesta bar in an Italian vibe. We had a great time there.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Everything you need for a great weekend with a group is there. It was even better than we expected! Adam was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible – a fantastic host! We loved the Mýtinka Cottage so much that we booked two more nights the day before we left. Everything was great, the cottage is located in a great place where you have peace and have it to yourself. We also loved the amenities, we didn't miss anything, and we were expecting wine to welcome. The owner, Kamila, also arranged for us a great wine tasting in the wine cellar with their good friend Mr. Pope. We really have nothing to complain about. Thanks so much, we'll be back for sure!

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

Ivana is a great host. Place is excellent with large garden, sitting place, pool ... a wonderful home. Fully recommend it.

Nice easy place to stay for a night on vacation!

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

This place is not for everyone. Though, if you value solitude with nature, peace, & adventure, try it out. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience & would happily come again! Jaroslava is a kind person, very responsive & helpful!

Hi, thank you for a great weekend. Everything went smoothly. The stay met expectations. Everything worked as it should. We came to explore the underground spaces in nearby Tišnov. David is a great host, responding to messages right away. The apartment in perfect condition corresponds to the photos. The proximity of the apartment to the center is great. Quiet at night, large TV in front of the bed as well as in the good of the hotel, bathroom equipped, dishwasher too. It's just all I need for a trip. I definitely recommend David, you'll be as happy as I am. :)
