Holiday rentals with a patio in Brno-Žabovřesky

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Vše proběhlo naprosto ok. Super umístění, možnost parkování a velmi dobrá restaurace v okolí. Jediné by neškodilo maličko vybavit kuchyň. Aspoň o pár skleniček, talířů a vývrtku. Jinak vše fajn. Moc děkujeme a budeme se těšit příště. J.L.

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

We loved staying here. The apartment was lovely and an easy walk from everything we wanted to see. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and these hosts!

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

Dom idealny dla większych grup. Duża przestrzeń, 3 łazienki, ogród. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Bardzo malownicza okolica, cisza i spokój. Naprawdę można poczuć się jak w domu.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Velmi útulné ubytování s výhledem na rybník. Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní. Máme v plánu přijet znova.☺️

We had a lovely stay and would love to come again. The host had lots of helpful tips about shops and restaurants we could go to. She was also very quick to respond to calls and even allowed us to check out a bit later. The place was clean, had lots of appliances for us to use and for our mini vacation it was the perfect fit.

I stayed at Žaneta's place for one night with my dog on our way back from a work trip in Warsaw. With the garden - and being lucky with the weather - the place was exactly what we needed to dial down and relax after a few busy days in the big city. Žaneta and her husband Petr made sure I found the place alright and everything was set up to easily get into the house. The place has everything you need and we were refreshed and ready to continue our homewards travels the next day.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch, dass direkt neben dem Haus mehrere kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, hat es uns sehr einfach gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The accommodation was great, as per pictures and description: the kitchen has all necessary tools for a quick dinner, and bedroom is spacious. Location is quiet and going to city centre is relatively quick, also supermarket are nearby.

Ubytování bylo podle představ, dokonce jsme byli i mile překvapeni, co všechno ubytování nabízelo a jak vypadalo. Určitě se rádi vrátíme. Skvělé bylo, že k ubytování byly i jasné a stručné pokyny k ubytování. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a budeme se těšit příště.

Veronika was friendly and responsive. The apartment is nice and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet and we had a good stay.

Sachin’s place was exactly as described. It was peace and quiet at nights and that’s what we wanted for my baby. The blackout curtains worked really well as well. The area was very safe. Sacin was so accomodating. His place didn’t have cot and highchair, which was essential for us having a small child, as i really liked the peaceful location and his beautiful flat, i asked him if he could provide them before i booked the place, he responded very quickly and within a coupke of hours he informed me that he’s sorted them out. His communication was great throughout our stay. Sachin’s flat was beautiful with loads of beautiful and well looked aftered plants. Because of my baby we took taxi everywhere and it was very cheap and quick to get to the town centre. Kitchen had everything you needed like your iwn home. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. His place is a real Air B and B and not a typical flat rented by a company which has multiple flats. Tgank you Sachin!

Arrival and Check very easy, the location is very good, the apartment was very clean upon our arrival and coresponded exactly to the description and the picturess shown in the adverstisement. It looked like new - kitchen and bathroom new and in tip top condition. The apartment is very big, comfortable and welcoming. Jakub himself was very nice, he explained everything to us very well and was helpful. We had a nice stay and I can fully recommend the appartment.
