Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Communication without any problems, he responded immediately and there was no problem agreeing on anything. Accommodation as in the photos, everything clean and cozy. A big plus is the public transport in the immediate vicinity, as well as parking. We were really satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

Good place, very quiet and peaceful

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

My girlfriend and I really liked the accommodation. We felt at home, the equipment was rich, everything you can think of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a television in the apartment upon arrival, which the website says the apartment does not contain. The kitchen was great, well-equipped. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent. As for the noise, with the windows closed it is quiet, you can't hear the noise from outside and the neighbours were not heard once during the whole trip. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Great little place to stay in Brno.

we were surprised how spacious this flat is! it has a charming loggia and it’s in a great part of Brno - the area is peaceful, full of various places to eat/drink, and just next to the city center/old town/castle and park. everything was clean, beds (and even sofa) were really comfy. :) there is a bar in the same building - you may hear some noise late in the night during the weekend, nothing unbearable, but something to consider for light sleepers

Super nice host, friendly, peaceful environment, great place with garden for my toddler and dog. The house is easy to find, the garden is beautiful and big. The house was it’s described in the listing.

The stay was great, the host as well, coffee, milk, cornflakes, teas were available. On foot about 30 minutes to the center, close to the tram stop, Albert grocery store about 10 minutes on foot. Quiet entrance.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and had a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Filip was an outstanding host, always easy to reach and incredibly helpful. We ran into a few issues during our time in Brno, and Filip went above and beyond by coming to the city personally to assist us. We’re truly grateful for his support and deeply appreciate having had him as our host. Highly recommended!

I must admit the Marco's apartment has been the best airbnb experience so far for me. Finally the apartment with the little details that make your stay pleasurable. I mean the check in and all the info provided, some food and snacks to enjoy during the stay, coffee and tea, and also extra present for us when we arrived. You can notice the listings on airbnb that are pure business and those with personal touch. This one is definitely the latter and that was all to Marco being helpful and there for you. As well to his ideas in the apartment to make the short stays as comfortable as possible.

We made a mistake when booking but Petra was so kind to help us through and allowed us to have a great weekend in Brno! I can recommend this place to everyone, everything was on point and the view, what a view! It’s been a while since I slept watching the stars in such a cozy terrace. Great location. Very easy to walk to the center of Brno

The accommodation is located near the exhibition grounds, literally a few minutes by car and on foot, which the host also told us when we were discussing that we planned to spend time there. Everything went smoothly, the man was accommodating with parking, earlier arrival and departure. Everything is fine for us. The apartment is small but at the same time nicely spacious, everything absolutely without problems. It was a pleasant stay that I highly recommend. There is also a lift, so it is great if you are carrying heavy luggage or have problems with stairs. And the car park is just around the corner, so it's also absolutely amazing.

Centre of Brno, next to police station, plenty of street parking and the apartment is very clean

Very clean and very well equipped apartment with many amenities, like coffee machine (including coffee), big wardrobe, good iron etc.

Great location. 30mins by walk to city center 10-15 by public transport. Tram/bus stop 5mins by walk. Very cozy place with lots of privacy. And garden where you can relax with a swing and grill. Kitchen was fully equipped, and a Tv with all streaming services Definitely a safe place to park your car and a perfect place for a couple! Zdeněk was very sweet and nice when we needed help! Would recommend! Would recommend!
