The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. There is peace, seating in the yard and on the balcony, comfortable beds, parking in the fenced yard. The accommodation is great for solo travelers, business trips and families with children. Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa.

The new air-conditioned apartment in the attic offers two single beds - the possibility of preparing a double bed. This studio apartment of 86 m² is located on the ground floor and features windows overlooking the garden. The apartment includes a private terrace, perfect for relaxation. It has its own entrance and is conveniently situated next to our quiet parking area, ensuring maximum comfort. Enjoy romantic wellness accommodation in seclusion in the middle of vineyards with panoramic views of the castle and Dolní Kounice castle. Outside you will find a hot tub, sauna, swimming pond (also suitable for cold water therapy), outdoor grill and seating including a fireplace. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and room with a luxurious hotel boxspring bed that ensures maximum comfort.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.

Součástí studia je velký balkon k příjemnému posezení a také klimatizace, především pro horké letní dny. Fully furnished studio next to the Exhibition Center and in a walking distance from the well known IVF clinic. Very quiet place with a comfy bed.
