Holiday rentals with a patio in Brno-Country District

We were very happy to stay in Hansa's house. Our children (1-6 years) thought it was great fun to borrow toys both outdoors and indoors. We parked just outside the house. It was a quiet and peaceful street.

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Very nice apartment. Arrival perfectly organised. Great view of the city, panoramic windows. Presence of air conditioning. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be happy to come again, we can recommend!

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

Great communication with the host, cozy apartment. Not so much echo, but for the price absolutely great. Otherwise, you're good to go.

We chose the accommodation a bit at the last minute, but we don't regret it at all! It was beautiful, there was a department store with Tesco nearby, open until 11 at night, so even night snacking was an option. There was also a tram nearby, with which one could easily get to the main station, for example. It was a little harder to find, but that was a navigation problem! The surroundings are beautiful, the apartment was clean, everything easily accessible, I can't praise it any more.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Tomas and Eva were very helpful and always replied very fast. The flat was excellent and everything you might have needed was already available there. We definitely felt at home!

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

We had a lovely stay and would love to come again. The host had lots of helpful tips about shops and restaurants we could go to. She was also very quick to respond to calls and even allowed us to check out a bit later. The place was clean, had lots of appliances for us to use and for our mini vacation it was the perfect fit.

The place was very clean. Beautiful and modernly equipped small apartment that completely met our expectations. Sachin’s place was exactly as described. It was peace and quiet at nights and that’s what we wanted for my baby. The blackout curtains worked really well as well. The area was very safe. Sacin was so accomodating. His place didn’t have cot and highchair, which was essential for us having a small child, as i really liked the peaceful location and his beautiful flat, i asked him if he could provide them before i booked the place, he responded very quickly and within a coupke of hours he informed me that he’s sorted them out. His communication was great throughout our stay. Sachin’s flat was beautiful with loads of beautiful and well looked aftered plants. Because of my baby we took taxi everywhere and it was very cheap and quick to get to the town centre. Kitchen had everything you needed like your iwn home. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. His place is a real Air B and B and not a typical flat rented by a company which has multiple flats. Tgank you Sachin!

We had a great stay. The apartment is neat, fully furnished, very clean and located close to public transportation. It also came with a parking spot, which was very helpful. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The host Radek was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at his apartment U Leskavy again.
