We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was completely hassle-free—Brynley met us at a local restaurant and made us feel welcome right away. We discovered a problem with the air conditioning our first night, and Brynley took action immediately—she had a technician out the very next day, and it was fully fixed by that evening. She also provided an incredibly detailed and up-to-date guidebook that was far better than anything we found online—it really helped us make the most of our time in the BVI. And we absolutely loved spending time with her sweet dogs! Highly recommend this place for a warm, well-supported island stay.

This place is stunning! We felt right at home and came at the perfect time because we had the entire place to ourselves. The caretaker, Loli, was lovely and ensured we had what we needed, and his dog was such a sweet boy. The baby goats were so cute and loved following the dog around. Kenny and Wayne were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had! I recommend this place 10 out of 10 if you like privacy, and the bars and restaurants are not too far away, and everyone is so friendly and pleasant on this Island.

Ikeca was a great host who was easy to communicate with, very responsive and had a lot of great local recommendations. The place was as advertised, CLEAN, and had endless views. The location is very central on the island, and only a few minute drive away from anything you could need. The beaches close by and sunset views really set this place apart from other options. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area that provides privacy as well. Mature mangos trees on property that Ikeca was kind enough to let you pick fresh fruit off of. I would recommend renting a small suv/car with 4wd if staying here, and is also the best way to explore and see the rest of the island, as taxis are rare to find on this side of island. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well!

Incredible views and all the amenities you need to be comfortable Very quiet and peaceful He is right next door but you d never know it Fishing off the private dock was awesome and Tammy even caught a barracuda Don’t hesitate to book it We will for sure be back
