Place was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the outside covered screened in porch. Such a great place to just relax and enjoy the family. I’m already trying to figure out when I can go again.

We have been in multiple cabins all over the country now and Tucked Inn has been one of our favorites for sure. The place is peaceful, beautiful, well maintained and our dogs had a lot of fun exploring the area. The hot tub with the amazing views and the firepit were one of the best parts. We were a bit concerned about the drive up to the cabin, especially since it was raining when we arrived but it was not bad at all with our SUV. Just make sure you arrive before it gets too dark if it is your first time getting there. All that said, if you are thinking about booking this cabin reserve it without hesitation. It is gorgeous and our experience with Donnie & Whitney was 10/10. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much, Kim, for this wonderful experience. We’re on a road trip through the U.S. and took a three-day break at the little cabin. It was the perfect place to relax! We absolutely loved the nature. We swam in the river, saw lots of wildlife, and sat by the fireplace. It was a very comfortable and cozy stay. If it weren’t so far away, we’d definitely come back!

Can’t say enough about this place. Everything was as described. Clean, nicely decorated and private. Lots of things to do around the area and if you just wanted to stick to the cabin. There wasn’t once where we thought “you know if would be nice if we had a” or “I need a”… and we opened a cabinet or drawer and there was what we needed. Made it very much like a home and not an Airbnb. Thank you. We will be back.

Came down to Trail Days in Damascus Virginia with my wife and two kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was close enough to Asheville and plenty of things to do. The host and lots of great recommendations for food and hiking. We drove to upper creek falls and it was well worth the drive and hike.

5 star stay - the location was about as perfect as you can get for outdoor adventures, and the cabin was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, has all amenities you’d need but the outdoor space is where the magic is at. The outdoor shower is really awesome and it was nice to be able to use the sauna as well. Highly recommend Babel Tower hike for a great view.

Absolute private secluded peaceful property. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave. Great location for driving to West Jefferson, Todd, Boone or other surrounding areas. Home comes with a phenomenal view and a nice hot tub to enjoy view from. The he bonus was it allowed us to bring our two dogs who enjoyed the rest also. We will be back soon. Very nice place with excellent fishing. I would highly recommend.

Due to the floods last year the driveway looked rough at midnight when we arrived, but it was fine. There were activities in the cabin for littles, which we didn't need, but it would be great for families with littles for sure. The kitchen was supplied with pans for cooking, dishes and silverware for eating. There was a blanket for the dogs so they could sit and sleep with us like at home. The porch overlooks the river and the sound of the water was super relaxing.

Marilyn’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway. Compatible kitchen (note there is no full sized oven but this wasn’t an issue), comfortable furniture, and absolutely stunning surroundings. We spent nearly all day outside hiking, wandering the property, or simply sitting in the yard/eating in the gazebo. Would one thousand percent stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay! Marilyn was also available for any needs we had and was respectful of privacy at the same time. Couldn’t be happier!

Super clean, great location, very peaceful! Such a beautiful place to stay if you are looking to get away from. Situated great for hiking and exploring local towns. Lance was very friendly, tagged along everywhere with us and was very interested in the dogs!

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. Cassandra’s place is very private and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and building a bonfire. Also, we snuggled and watched a movie and were able to explore around the mountains. I’d highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

The A-frame with a huge patio is completely surrounds by trees is the prefect mountain get away but also very close to town. Very stylish and picturesque.

Cozy cabin perfectly situated for a hike to the Channels, and a short drive from other area outdoor pursuits. Wood stove heats well and house is still warm in the morning. Basic kitchen utensils and gas burner met our needs. Hot showers even on cloudy days. Very quiet!

I can't say enough good things about this cabin. Amazing views. Great Host. Don't hesitate to book this place. We will return for sure. Already planning a yearly reunion at this Cabin. Really hope you continue to rent this place. Thanks Again Richard

Brenda"s attention to detail was beyond amazing. She thought of the little things that I would have never missed, if she hadn't thought of them. A pre-stocked coffee and pancake bar are just two examples. The beds were absolutely perfect for my wife and I, with the feel of the luxury bedding found in a high end cruise ship suite. The cabins are conveniently located whether your look for a hideaway weekend, attending a race at Bristol. Close to downtown Elizabethton, TN, that has a main street with old timey, but artsy vibe. I highly recommend Monarch Mountain Cabins to anyone looking for the perfect, secluded getaway.

Michael's cabin is adorable. The river is right off the back deck. My husband caught a fish! Michael was extremely prompt at answering questions. my dogs loved playing outside and the Appalachian Trail is within walking distance from the cabin. The local neighborhood dog, Jake was very friendly and came with us on all of our walks. Michael left a bottle of wine, candy, and bottled water for us - much appreciated! The cabin had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable :) We've already recommended the cabin to friends.

Just book it. Don’t second guess, just book. You won’t regret your decision for one minute. This was the most beautiful spot. Peaceful and relaxing down to each and every detail to keep things simple yet memorable. Waking up with the side wall open is something you can’t find just anywhere. We fell asleep to the crickets, an owl, and the rain hitting the roof of the open side wall. A couple roosters on the farm and nearby were our morning alarm at 5:30(ish) so keep things closed up if you’re not a morning person. We were up and moving to hit the trails close by, but if you’re staying on the property there are some trails on the farm. Plan ahead and bring food to cook in the pavilion space. The host provides a lot of your basics, but ask questions if you’re unsure. She is very quick to respond and will help you be prepared! Very comfortable bedding/pillows for a good night’s sleep. We will be back!

We stayed in the cabin while in town for my sister in law's wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It was such a beautiful and quiet place. It was so peaceful. I wish we had the time to stay longer. We'll definitely be back in the future.

We used Rachel's cabin as a weekend retreat with two of our adult children and their spouses. We hiked, we relaxed by the firepit, and we played games. The cabin was a good resting place for our family to meet and spend time together. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to heat up prepared food that helped us maximize our time together. We also enjoyed hiking in the nearby trail to a beautiful waterfall. Great experience and we appreciated the wonderful welcome Rachel provided.

We loved our stay at Kyle's cabin! Our kids were able to wade in the creek, and we loved seeing an actually dark sky full of fireflies. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals, as well. I highly recommend the cabin if you're looking for a peaceful escape for a few days.
