It’s on the 3rd floor, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Note: Severe Drought in Midcoast Maine. Must be willing to practice conservative water usage. Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.
