The house is in an open, beautiful landscape facing a farm and the Baltic Sea. Large plot with space for soccer and other activities. The location is perfect with only 8 km to Visby but still in the countryside with proximity to swimming, fishing, bakery and restaurant. Själsö harbor is popular for the diving-friendly harbor and good coffee. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The house, from the 1700s, is located 10 km from Visby and a 10-minute walk to Brissund's beach and fishing village and Krusmyntagården. Själsö bakery is about 5 km away. There are two bedrooms (one double + two single beds) as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher, barbecue and patio (summer time) with large garden. Two living rooms with fireplaces. Steep stairs – larger dogs may need help. Only a sitting shower due to sloping ceilings. It is rural and undisturbed but close to town. We live in the small wing with a separate entrance.

With a 5-minute walk to the sea or a 5-minute drive to Sweden's best golf course, this beautiful villa from 2016 is the perfect accommodation for both families who want sun and swimming and golfers who want to play at Visby Golf Club.
