The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Matea. It consists of three rooms, two rooms have a double bed, and one room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room and offers access to the terrace. In the courtyard there is a 45 square meter swimming pool and a summer kitchen that can be used. Likewise, beach chairs and umbrellas are free to use. The entire property is fenced in with a fence.
