Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brimbank City

The house was absolutely beautiful! Was even better than the photos. It was super spacious and clean and the hosts were really flexible, allowing us to check in early. Would absolutely stay there again.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

A perfect peaceful escape & well located to transport and amenities. After a day out one comes back to a relaxing refuge and current decor and ambience. Perfect for doing your own thing in the kitchen or just relaxing indoors or out. Looking forward to our next visit….and may it be longer 🎶

Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Living space was good size for us as a couple with a toddler, might have been stretched to comfortably fit another couple. Helen and Eric were very quick to respond to messages sent which made for a relaxing time away. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

Great location and amazing view. We loved waking up to the hot air balloons. The place really suited our family (2adults 2 kids).

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
