My home is in the Bushnell's Basin/Perinton part of Pittsford. .5 miles to 490, 4 mi to I-90 and 15 minutes to U of R. Erie Canal is a short walk away. The 17 mi Crescent Trail head is 100 yards away. Fantastic restaurants. The large indoor pool is open year round with new filter and pool heater. A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.

Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping. The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

This cozy and bright apartment is in a 1890's house in the south wedge. It's 5 minutes to downtown, U of R, and Strong /Highland hospitals and ten minutes from the airport and RIT. The freshly renovated second floor has two bedrooms, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment gets great natural light and the second bedroom has an adorable balcony. A 5 minute walk brings you to the heart of the south wedge where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery.

Built in 1860, the downstairs apartment has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one queen and full, Dining-room, Living-room, Kitchen and new bathroom. Private side entrance from driveway. To enter the house from the side porch there is a handrail and 3 steps plus 1 step from the porch to the kitchen. There is also a short leather couch that could be used for sleeping anyone under4 feet (child). Unit is best suited for up to 4 people.
