This place in Belleville is a total gem! The house has so much character—it felt like staying at a friend’s cozy, slightly cooler house (with way comfier beds). Everything was sparkling clean. If you're looking for a place with charm, comfort, and a host who clearly knows what they’re doing, this is it. Highly recommend (unless you're trying to book the same dates as me—then please look elsewhere 😄).

Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

Annie's place is The Place to stay!!! When I first saw the post and was thinking of a trip, I couldn't stop thinking about the private pool!! That caused me to make the reservation and I am so glad I did!!!! The pool was amazing, even if I ended up doing a polar bear swim or two in the mornings lol!! It's all the other things that make this place a true great getaway!! The winery products and their staff are beyond amazing!!! The host are readily responsive and extremely helpful but at the same time not in your business at all!! Try the fire pit, it was some serene views as the sun went down and then a symphony of sounds as the wildlife chirped up more after dark. Speaking of neighbors, during the day you will be blessed by four goats on site who are also amazing neighbors!!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter’s graduation weekend! We felt so at home. We loved the beautiful home (with all the amenities we needed and more!) and the peaceful lake setting!

The cottage was perfect for our stay. It was an amazing spot on Ryan Lake. The cottage was very roomy and clean. Anna was always responsive. The stairs were a bit steep but wasn't a problem for us. Thankfully there was a bedroom downstairs that worked great for our 80 year old Dad. He said staying at the cottage was the best part of his trip. He loved sitting and watching the birds in the yard and on the lake. It's really a hidden gem.

The home was peaceful, clean, large enough for four adults to share, and conveniently located on a beautiful, private pond/ lake. The host was quick to communicate. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other family/ friends coming to visit our family in Whitmore Lake.

Cute modern lake (Tiny) house with many amenities. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in so far. The hosts were accommodating to our needs! Traveling with a baby, this house was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a view! We traveled to MI for my son’s wedding and needed a place to host us all. The property was beautiful. Charles was super responsive and helped with numerous questions in getting us settled. We had a fantastic stay! We had a mishap and forgot an item and Charles contacted me immediately. Lyn was so sweet and her cottage is absolutely enchanting and peaceful. we had a 12 and 5 year old with us and y enjoyed fishing, s'mores by the fire, boating, swimming, and all the incredible nature all around. we caught video of two woodpeckers it a awesome! plenty of extra towels and linens for use if needed. I only wish there was a better couch in the living room so my family could be together the her when it was time to settle down. seriously the best vacation spot to disconnect and enjoy the moment. Thank you Lyn and Pete! we hope to be back again.

We had a great stay at Whitmore Lake! The house was very cozy, and the bed extremely comfortable. It was amazing to have a campfire by the river and enjoy the fall weather.

Really great airbnb! It was spacious, clean and well kept and the kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we've stayed in. Melinda was a great host and super responsive to any questions or needs. Will definitely stay again when we visit Howell.

Ron’s residence was a lovely place to stay, especially for two families that can occupy either side and spend time together as they wish. Very cute and within walking distance of downtown. 10/10 would recommend!

Definitely one of our best stays at an airbnb! We loved the hot tub and the converted garage space. Kayaking on the lake was the best part of our stay. The surrounding area is also super nice and lots to do! Would recommend to anyone!

TLDR: Fantastic Airbnb, even better hosts, would stay again in a heartbeat. We had a bachelor party with 8 people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the house. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and amenities. It matched the pictures and was quite clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for doing activities all across Detroit, Auburn Hills, Novi, you name it. We shared a concern about linens/pillows from reading reviews and before our stay, they upgraded all of them around the house, such a nice touch that was very appreciated! Thus, we all got great sleep. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive, even after 1 am. Check in & check out were easy. Only a few recommendations such as reupholstering/replacing the living room couch as the padding is worn out, keeping a vacuum on site, and sweeping the garage to get leaves/debris out.

We lucked out finding this hidden gem, only five minutes from the event we were in town for. The house was comfortable for our large family, we felt right at home.

Kelly was very responsive and friendly, and kindly accommodated my early check-in. The place had everything I needed — it felt just like home. Super clean and cute — I had a great stay!

Cute little lake house for a weekend getaway! Was just as described, the house was clean and cozy, and the hot tub was great!

Betty’s lake house was great for our trip. She prepared lots of goodies for us and was quick to respond and extremely flexible and accommodating! My favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and fishing from her large pier area. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is on a very busy road so it was a bit loud at times but the peacefulness on the deck seemed to make the noise less distracting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway!
