Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Our apartment was recently refurbished, all appliances are new, ensuring our guests satisfaction and memorable holiday. As part of the facility there is a big garden and communal swimming pool overlooking the lake. There's also a secured parking space within the residence. Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

Stylishly furnished and directly on the waterfront apartment with private entrance. Quiet location in Brienno. The apartment can be reached from the free car park in about 5 minutes. Brienno is characterized by centuries-old catacombs and alleys that deserve to be explored. Away from the through traffic you will find in the village a Lido, a small bar, a typical Italian pizzeria, a small harbor and a church. Brienno is an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes.

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are 1.50 euros per person in cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for additional costs)

Our accommodation is located in the central part of the village, in a very quiet area with a beautiful view of Lake Como, which can be enjoyed both from the two balconies and from the lawns adjacent to the house, which we make available to our guests to relax, eat meals, or simply to admire the view. The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with tub, kitchen and living room. Ideal for families and nature lovers.

Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, less than 15 minutes away by car.
