El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estadía algo cómodo, está muy bien equipada, hay supermercados cerca (10 - 15 minutos caminando), posee un patio grande, el sector es residencial y muy tranquilo, el metro para moverte por la ciudad queda cerca y si vas en vehículo, hay un parking grande. 100% recomendado, tanto Raudel como Carolina, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a prestar ayuda, Felicitaciones para ellos.

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

Una zona tranquila, tiene estacionamiento ingresando por un portón así que eso es muy seguro.. estuvimos anteriormente en esa zona de brickell y la verdad que es bastante tranquila

Great location, lots of local eats and public transportation stops. Solid 20-30 minute walk to the bridge/sand. Def recommend going over the bridge for south beach

We stayed here during the F1 race weekend and the location was great. The place was very clean but there were some very minor maintainence issues like empty body wash. Overall, happy with the stay

This place is really on the luxury end of Miami airbnbs in terms of the finishes, host communication, spaciousness, the backyard, etc. it was really beautiful and all the details were thought out, no pennies pinched. The kitchen even had every spice you can think of, so many towels to use, high end washer and dryer etc. the ONLY negative I can say is that the immediate neighborhood is still up and coming, so not like you’ll really want to be hanging out right outside the airbnb. That said, you’re close to everything good and it’s definitely safe. Anyway 10/10. Loved it and loved the host. Would definitely come back.

Jon‘s home was lovely exactly as described and Pictured myself and my friends had a wonderful time. He was very responsive in assisting with any questions that we had the home was beautiful and clean and the outdoor space was amazing. The over the top feature of this house was most surely the outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven even though we didnt get to make pizza this trip we will definitely stay at john‘s place again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you, John for allowing us to stay in your home.

Claudia and Elisa’s place was great- clean, well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor space is so lovely. Claudia was very communicative, friendly, and caring. She offered recommendations for food and places to visit and was overall very sweet and accommodating.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to book for a Miami getaway or vacation not exactly on the beach(short 20-25 min drive) then you’ve found it. Home looks as pictured. Close to fast food places, Walmart, and FIU campus. The heated pool was perfect for the windy days we had while on spring break there. My kids enjoyed the property, the spacious rooms, the outside games and pool toys. 10/10 recommend. They do all the cleaning, you just have to check out on time. Of course we tried to tidy things up before we left but that’s awesome to just be able to leave and not worry if you forgot to do something.

Thank you Claudia, Karmin, and the whole team for being absolutely wonderful hosts. I’ve had this stay booked ahead of time and they have been so responsive and friendly to all my questions and or concerns. The bnb had everything we needed and more. The location was central, walking distance to just about everything in Wynwood and the neighbors were kind. Great quick food just down the block and cheap ubers to everywhere. We had such a good time, I highly recommend to stay here!

Location was perfect! Close to excellent restaurants and a short drive to the everything we wanted to do, shopping, beach, nigh life! Host was friendly, kind, flexible, and quick to respond. He also had a great co-host and supporting staff when he was not immediately available.

Angela’s place was perfect and close to all our wedding events and venues. She is very responsive and accommodating to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is close to many areas of Miami with many restaurants near by. An added bonus is the awesome coffee machine. Place was well supplied with everything that is needed and very clean. Angela even went above and beyond and supplied me with a portable full length mirror to accommodate my make up and hair session. I would highly recommend the place and would stay there again if needed to visit the area. What a lovely host! Thank you Angela for making the weekend a bit less stressful and for your kind hospitality.

The stay was very pleasant. Stephan was very accommodating to all my needs. Even though I reached out at like 4am he still managed to reply and make everything happen for me and my crew. The home had everything from toothbrushes to hair dryers to just anything you can find in your own home. The pool was great. Private space where everyone can relax, barbecue, work out, play pool just do your own thing. I am very pleased with my stay and would stay there again hands down.

Un apartamento precioso, con una vista hermosa a la bahía. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente y nos encantó lo céntrico que está. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos!

Cory’s place was amazing! Well appointed with everything we needed (and more) for our stay including laundry detergent, beach towels, and a clothes steamer. Great location with easy access to the highway. Easy check in and out. Cory is an amazing host, with quick communication. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ comfort and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Alojamiento de película y la hostess Perfecta. Ingrid, aparte de simpatiquísima y encantadora, es sin duda la mejor hostess que he conocido jamás. Lo coordina todo a la perfección para que no le falte ni gloria al huésped en ningún momento y no tenga que esperar ni un minuto tanto para hacer el checkin como para cualquier problema o duda que vaya surgiendo. Creo que si hubiera más Ingrids en la tierra no existiría airbnb. Y, en cuanto al apartamento, lo único malo que puedo decir es que, cuando te vas, empiezas a notar una pequeña depresión por no poder quedarte a vivir ahí toda la vida.

El lugar es muy cómodo, cerca de restaurantes y negocios, Con buenos parques. Los empleados de la recepción, valet parking y demás funcionarios fueron todos muy amables. El depto. prolijo y con lo necesario. Como comentario lo único que necesitaría es una jarra eléctrica para hervir el agua ... pero tod estuvo muy bien. Muchas gracias Ani!

This house was the best place we can stay at. We are animal lovers and had a view of a park where everyone walks there dogs or plays with them. It is nearby all the stores like Marshall’s, Target for any last minute things we forgot. Tap48/tap42 (can’t remember the name) was a great restaurant to eat at! It’s also right on the corner of your stay. The view on the balcony was beautiful, you also get to see the pool. The apartment is very private and a perfect size. Made me feel like I lived there. I really didn’t want to leave! The pool was great and not too deep which is perfect since I am short haha. We didn’t get to do mini golf or bbq but the pool was beautiful. The front desk people were always so nice, especially BETTY!❤️❤️ Hope to get this place every time I come back to Miami. Thank you so much for allowing us in your home, we treated it with care and honestly dod not want to leave! Also, the parking spot is perfect if you bring a car. Super easy to get in and out.
