Holiday rentals with a patio in Brickell, Miami

Great apartment layout, very very clean, complete and more, although main street inside there was no noise, great beds, the neigborhood was allien to us but after we realised that people were very friendly, the admin and his tema were very helpfull with everything. Thank you for this.

Great apartment! Great location ! Easy access and quite hotel. Cynthia was very reactive to answer our questions or to get us additional towels or fix the dishwasher. The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. I definitely recommend the place and will come back !

Cute little bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical surroundings! The bed was super comfortable and everything was super clean. Analys was very communicative too! Wish we could’ve been able to meet her.

Overall very nice condo, here are my detailed reviews: The for: - The view of the intercostal is spectacular; - The patio is awesome; - the pool is great, lots of loungers and umbrellas; - there are many kitchen items, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap; - Publix grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, very convenient; - very safe neighborhood and block. The contra: - check-in must be at a specific time, no self check-in... really inconvenient if you have any delay or advance your arrival; - a single regular and chip key to enter the condo and move around the building, VERY unpleasant and restrictive when you are 4 adults with different comings and goings; - The cleanliness of some kitchen items left something to be desired; - The master bedroom mattress is of poor quality and stained; - The beds in the guest room are good for children, not adults.

The house itself was really beautiful, and Nhi was a great and responsive host. There are wild peacocks around the property that made the living experience even more enjoyable.

I landed a lil earlier than check in time and I messaged the host and ask if I can check in a lil early and she accommodated me the earliest she could. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Christina’s place is exactly as listed. The apartment was very clean and in amazing condition. The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance. The apartment was beautiful and matched the photos perfectly. The neighborhood was lovely—very calm and quiet, especially around the apartment. Communication was quick and clear, and getting access to the apartment when we arrived was smooth and easy. The secure parking spot in the locked garage was also a big plus. Highly recommended!
