Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brickell Key

So glad I was able to enjoy a weekend at this wonderful casita! Everything from decor, to vibes, and proximity to my favorite Miami locations made this an ideal destination for me. The host was super hospitable, and I'd say, if you're thinking about booking, you deff should; I had a wonderful experience ☺️

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

The location was great, very central, peaceful. The place was clean, functional bathroom with toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive.

A cozy place, breathtaking views. The room is super equipped, full of details from the host. The bed is very comfortable and overall exceeded all our expectations. What's more, you'll receive a $100 gift card to dine at the amazing Crazy About You! They also let you store your luggage there in the restaurant. I'd do it again without a second thought!

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

Had an amazing stay here, couldn’t have asked for much more! The host was incredible, always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The room is very modern, very clean and super spacious. The area is gorgeous, super peaceful and walkable and so close to the beach. Food in the area is pretty expensive but it’s Miami, we expected it! Uber to get into downtown, airport or up further along Miami Beach is super easy and cheap! Maintenance was also super friendly and helpful on the one request we had about the safe not working. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Miami!!

This was a great place to stay for a night in Miami. Plus that it’s dog friendly. Place is exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay with you them, place was nice & clean. The people at check in were really nice. Only problem I had arrived early before check in & asked the front desk to hold my bags. Came time to check in & the front desk had a difficult time finding my bags. Took about 5 hours to find my bags. They had to check security footage to locate my bags, and when my bags were found they didn’t tell me where it was even when I asked. I was late to my meeting that day because I couldn’t take a shower and change out of the clothes I flew in that day. Other than that I had a good stay.

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Yenny’s Place! I had an incredible experience staying at Yenny’s Place in Miami Brickell. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or winding down at sunset. The location couldn’t have been better. Brickell is vibrant and walkable, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. Plus, it was just a short drive to the beach and other Miami hotspots. Yenny was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure her guests feel right at home. If you’re visiting Miami, I highly recommend staying at Yenny’s Place. It’s everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, stylish, well-located, and hosted by someone who truly cares.

The truth is that the apartment super nice and Angel is very friendly, good area and everything as it was in the photos!

Ideal host. Perfect location for me. The free parking spot was definitely the icing on the Cake! The building staff and valet staff were super nice to deal with. Access was exactly as described (with step-by-step pictures even!!!)

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely condo situated in a wonderful area. The host was quick and effective in their communication from the time I made my reservation until the day I departed. You are conveniently located near excellent upscale dining options and luxury shopping venues. The instructions provided by the host were clear, and we truly enjoyed our time here. One important thing to remember is that when you check in, you should go up to the condo to collect the key fob before parking if you have a vehicle , as you won't be able to access the condo without it for the elevator. Asking others to let you up isn't always feasible. All in all, I would definitely choose to stay here again.☺️

Great location great place Check in was a little Ahy but was all good great place
